Coming back to WoW after 8 years, have some questions

Hi guys,

I decided to play some Wotlk after a long time. I've started playing on other server this month, but its quite dead, so I've decided to switch. Now, I have several questions:

1. I am a bit confused with the realms here. Which realm should I start playing on? I saw Frostmourne had "new players" written there, but the thing is, I am looking for crowded server (one of the reasons I am coming here is that I couldnt find any raids/daily dungs on the old one. So I'm currently thinking between Icecrown and Frost, any advice?
2. Are there any guilds looking for new/returning players that are patient and could answer me some begginer questions? SK/CZ/EN
3. I want to play enha shaman, what race do you think is the best and why? (also, is it viable for PvE)?
