WotLK trap hunter talents/glyph

Hi,

i saw a thread (https://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=433187 - from 2021 and thread is closed) that the trap specced hunter is better than MM.

i scoured the search and the sticky for the list of guides but i'm having trouble finding a trap spec for WOTLK.

Am i missing something or does a trap spec just means that i max out Entrapment and Trap Mastery while playing MM?

hope you guys can shed some light to me.

Thanks m8, so entrapment is useless?

Im a noob hunter and I just don't get how would traps help with DPS since I need to setup traps near the tank/mobs and that would mean moving,

moving = loss of auto shots

I'm really baffled

traps is highest dps spec.

for moving, learn to stutter step on instant gcds

pretty much, tho you dont remove any point in focused aim. if you're horde you gem 34 hit with a jc gem and if youre ally you dont gem any (at bis.)
