Missing character

Hi, im player of frostmourne,T oday I entered frostmurne. I found the news that the characters migrated to the other server, but when I entered the other server, I found my characters incomplete since my main character was missing. Could you tell me what happened? and how I recover my main character
the name is BpgxShenlong I have photos of him if you need them. but I want my main character to spend a lot of time on his server.

Same thing here, i started playing on Frosmourne some months ago but real life things happened and i stopped. After some months, today i decided to return and continue my journay knowing that probably the first season of Frostmourn realm is over and my character has migrated to the Icecrown realm. I logged in in game and my character doesn't exist. When i go to the wbesites store and choose Frosmourne S1 my characters name appears. So is it permanently deleted or the migration process doesn't work yet?

you need to "manually" move them to Icecrown realm:

Select "Frostmorune - S1" as realm
