Hi, just a little question:
Is the 1% hit rating passive seen in stats? Or for example if i see 5% hit i have to add this 1% "mentally" to know i have actuallt 6%? Prob a noob question, but i want to be sure. Thanks!

Make a new draeni character, check stats and see if you have 1% hit by default. If it's not in the stats, you have to calculate it in "mentally" as you put it to have 1% more.

No it's not seen in the stats. if it sais you have 5% hit and there's a Dranei in your group then you have 6%
