Realms Blackrock realm and Arena ranking item unlock

i think that a player should once he earnes the required arena rating to purchase items unlock them completetly and be able to purchase them even when hes not on the arena team anymore at all times. The blackrock server faces a problem where people do not want to leave their teams and the player population is already very small. We need to take those steps to help a player be more flexible, since personal rating doesnt exist here like on retail. Thanks to this players would be able to join teams but still farm honor in peace for the offset pieces
