Technical characters disappeared

Hi Game Master,

In December 2020 i started playing on the frostmourne server. because of work i stopped a while and now when i loggin my characters are gone, i thought they would be transfered to the icecrown server. but they didnt.

please get my characters back.

Frostmourne season 2 has started April 15th. All characters above level 10 from Season 1 can be transferred to Icecrown from the website menu.

you need to "manually" transfer them to Icecrown realm
https://www.warmane.com/account -> service
Select "Frostmourne - S1" as realm

i did the transfer and my characters aren't showing, should i wait for a reset or something
