Hello Warmane players.

So what happened is i bought wrong item/s and i can't refund them in first 24h because my account is not premium,but i really wan't to refund it. Because im not premium i can't apply a ticket. I wrote to [email protected] but it's been 4 days they don't reply. Antyhing i can do?

The ticket, or in this case email, needs to be sent within 24 hours of the purchase. After that, the member just have to wait. Do note Warmane's Item Misbuy works only on coin items.
