Technical Authentificator code

Hello !, when i try to log into the game it asks me for an authenticator code, i'm new here so i don't know where it is or have i already received it, can someone help me if you please, This is on wotlk expansion.

does it appear as a pop-up? in that case the code is sent to your mail address or google app (based on your setting here: https://www.warmane.com/account -> security)
