And i just saw my account it was for ninja looting in dungon and that was a mistake i rolled for the item i wont i didnt know it was bannable they told me and i gave him the item back Ask him if u want it was my first time on the serveur and i didnt knew and also u can check the logs that i traded him the item

Even if you traded the item, the player most likely reported you anyway using only the screenshots of taking the item, not the ones trading it back to him. Sadly some people do that. Nothing you can do about that except avoiding such situations in the first place by reading the rules.

It's also possibility that it was somebody else who reported him, knowing or not about the trade.
It's entirely possible there was another incident that occurred.
