I started playing here because my friends are playing on this server. friends, there are many characters, but they are all in the same account, if I want to buy some of these characters, can I transfer them to my own account? Or do I have to buy the full account? If I can only buy one character, I want to use your barter system and buy one character from my friend's account with coins.

Buying character costs no less than 30 coins. Character can have any amount of gold, professions etc, but you'll have only BoE items on it. BoP items add 80% of it's price to total cost.
You can not use trade section if you are not donor (10$ minimum), so they can't just gift you coins.
Depending on realm, it's much better idea to buy one of hard obtainable gear pieces than just "naked" character.
