Hey,
As a long time playing on Warmane project, I suggest go a step further.
I encourage devs to implement based SoloQ Rated Bgs Npc Que to ultimate make somethink fresh.
First _ U should make system as gear MMR/ilvl to gettin Que like 5.5~7k gs and minimum 30Bgs played.
Npc should have Que type: DPS OR HEALER, i dont have any more ideas

I think some sort of guild Battleground Ladder in Armory would suffice, maybe sorted by total wins and fastest win times.

I think you should have like a solo or group way to queue, everyone has a personal rating (like in solo queue) and a ladder or even some bags as a reward from time to time with arena points, honor, scrolls or some rare mog items or something like that if you have a good personal rating would be awesome.

They would win a lot of money with ppl donating to get their pve gear for BGs

I think a personal rating, like they do in Overwatch, should be possible to do. It can be rough. But it would help balancing battleground.
