Lordaeron Macro Hysteria on Focus dont work

Hi, I play on Lordaeron and the macro :

#showtooltip Hysteria
/cast [target=focus] Hysteria

or:

/target focus
/cast Hysteria
/targetlasttarget

Dont work at all, I need to target the dps, use hysteria, and retarget the mob..

Please help me

on which key-bind is this macro?

Even if you click with mouse it does not work?

I move the macro to general macro and it work x)

That's irrelevant unless you have multiple blood dks and you want to only make ONE macro that works across all of them. That's what the General section is for - account-wide macros. Char specific macros are... well... char specific.
