Site Advertisment ban on IP.

I was using Windscribe vpn on my pc due to some stuff, and i v logged onto my warmane account with vpn turned on, now it keeps me saying in account management page that my ip is banned for advertisment. How can i fix it? Or it shouldnt be fixed anyhow and it will dissapear? I can login ingame with no troubles, but some site features are inactive. As i recall, using vpn turned on past last years was fine and didnt affect the warmane game client anyhow. Thanx and have a good day.
