Site I'm having trouble with claiming points at the site

So I've read that for claiming points you need to have at least a total of 1000 achievement points throughout all the characters and for the account to be in good standing which I both have, but when I try to collect points it just says that I don't have any points to collect. Can somebody help me how to fix this?

as far as I know

you need 1000 "unique" achievement points. getting same 100 achievement points on 10 chars will not work.

characters on Frostmourne does not count towards this

your account must be "In good standing", means you have not been banned recently
