Personal resource bar addon

Looking for addon that shows health bar and resource (mana,rage,energy,runic power etc) underneath player like in this picture : https://ibb.co/qBpQCTG
Blizzard added this after legion and im so used to that, cant find any addon that is clean like this (i used ragebar but that is only for warriors).
