Enchanting pairs well with tailoring. You get extra cloth drops for having tailoring. Craft green items with cheap tailoring materials for the purpose of disenchanting.

With this you don't have to "farm". Just do your normal leveling or at 80, do the maximum limit on daily quests. You'll get gold from the daily quests, drops to disenchant and cloth to craft items to disenchant.

With many professions, often the most profitable thing is selling the mats to other players that are willing to pay extra to level a profession fast.

Also, sell full stacks at the AH most of the time. The people buying up mats prefer full stacks.
