Are multiple accounts allowed?

I want to play 2 characters at the same time using minimized windows. I will have 2 wows running together and play a tank / healer for mostly levelng. I won't be using any special programs just playing the tank with the healer on auto follow and clicking all abilities like normal. It's not multiboxing where all characters will use the spells at the same time. I will just switch windows to heal or buff.

Is this allowed here?
