someone sent me some items but i didnt recive them from mail yet i want to know where are my items and i wait more than 2 days for them please check it. my hero name is Alienmage in icecrown realm.

If they didn't arrive within 2 days he never sent them in the first place or sent them to the wrong person.

Sending items takes 1 hour, if they haven't arrived long after that, they were sent to wrong character, if they were sent at all.
You're perhaps putting too much trust on the guy's word. Hope you didn't pay him anything for the items.
