    Blackrock - Enchant Ring - Greater Spellpower - 0/1 Dalaran Jewelcrafter's Token

    I am playing on Blackrock and none of my Season 8 characters are able to enchant rings after learning enchanting from the profession trainer. It says 0/1 Dalaran Jewelcrafter's Token. Does Blackrock not allow characters to enchant rings?

    Dalaran Jewelcrafter's token is unobtainable and after learning enchanting it says I need 0/1 Dalaran Jewelcrafter's Token as a reagent.

    Seriously, none of my characters cant enchant their rings. WTF is the Dalaran Jewelcrafter's Token !?!!?!?!?
