WotLK Frostmourne Arena point reset times

I recently started on frostmourne and am trying out pvp.
My only question is what time/day are arena points given out.
I heard it was twice a week.

during Frostmourne Season 1 (15-april-2020 14-april 2021) it was on Monday and Friday morning.

I do not know if it is still the same (if not, it means it is on webnesday morning but it should give double Arena Point than normal)
