Fraction change and achievment transfer?

Hello, i have a simple question, do i get my achievments(and mounts and rewards from them) when i transfer from ally to horde(for example)?

Achievements and mounts get converted to the other faction's counterparts.
So "For The Alliance" converts to "For The Horde"
