WotLK General Chat - Achievements

Hi,

I am contacting because i have two problems that i can t solve it.

1) In one on my caracters i can t see the general chat communication with others players like the photo in the link

2) Sometimes to search group for raid, some guys ask achievement, what s it and why we need to share?

1) Because it's not "general" chat that you can't see, it's "global". To join global chat type "/join global".
2) Achievement window is opened by smashing Y key. It's proof that you killed that boss and people ask for it so they know they're not bringing a clueless person to the raid.

You open your Achievement pane with Y (default) and from left go to raids, then pick the appropriate raid. Look for the best achievement you have of the and shift click it to link it to chat.
