WotLK Client launching in small window

I'm having an issue with the client downloaded from Warmane.

When I launch from wow.exe it launches the game in 1024x768 (default). I change the settings to 1920x1080, log in and play for a bit. Then once I relaunch the game it resets all default options and I have to agree to Terms of Service again as if I'm launching WoW for the first time.

I literally HAVE to do this every single time I launch the game. I haven't had this issue before and now I do.

any thoughts?

WoW folder -> Properties -> un-check "Read-only"

If that doesn't help, make new folder for your WoW and move it there. Before that, stop/quit torrent if you haven't already.
