WotLK help !! Level 80 disappeared after 9 Months absence (NOV 2020)

Hi,

I leveled up a paladin to 80 back in NOVEMBER 2020 , on Frostmourne if I'm not mistaken and stopped playing until i downloaded the game today and logged in to find no characters on all realms , just read about the purge but it shouldn't have deleted my chara , what can I do ?? got screenshots to prove it
