[ANSWERED]Stuck in the DK starting quest.

Hallo. I'm stuck in the dk starting quest. I got into Realm of Shadows after completing quest with horse. Cannot click aura, cannot /cancelaura this buff. Character unstuck didn't help, i'm still in this phase. Cannot do anything. I would delete this DK, but it has 3 1-80 items, which i cannot send back to my other character.
I've made a ticket already, but it hasn't been answered for a day.
