Technical Can’t write ticket

I can’t send my ticket. It says “Your ticket information contains illegal characters, try again”.
What is you not allowed to write??

Most likely you are foreigner, so using your native layout will cause error.
In-game tickets contain lots of different letters, due to them having links of image hosts - very unlikely to be banned due to dis.

try with , and . only. If the same message appears, remove commas first.

Avoid using special signs like '&#"% and such

I had a similar problem, and in my case, the problem was parentheses, ( and ). After I removed the parenthetical statement (which looked just like this), I was able to submit the ticket.

It allowed apostrophes. I'm not certain about hyphens.

I know this was from last year, but hopefully this helps somebody else who looks here.
