Going full Tank is not good for PvP. It´s only useful to 1vs1 Warriors and Rogues.
Against every other class you will get much more survivability from getting some resilience.
The only reason prot palas use T10 is for the 2 set bonus. Using any more tank items is useless.
Go 2 piece T10 and get atleast 2 piece wf for the + 100 resilience.
For the rest of your gear you mix PvP gear with PvE gear with strenght.
Depending on you play style and available gear you should have 450 to 800 resilience.
If you only want to frontline/tank for PvP could even go with full PvP gear and 1400+ resilience.
This is not recommended though, as you will do very low damage and people will just ignore you.
