I'm planning to mainly play pvp and soloque content, what classes/specs and server would you recommend?
Can I gear up in soloque?

How long does it take to be full decked pvp geared? (I'm coming from TBC classic where the honorgrind is insane and forcing me to not play an alt)

Arms + Holy is strongest comp on this patch so you can't go wrong with one of those two. You can gear up in soloque yes.
Depends on how good you are. The higher the rating the more arena points you'll earn each week and the faster you'll get that Wrathful gear.
