[ANSWERED]When will I be able to donate?

So as you can see by the title I'm currently not able to donate and I don't know why. I'm pretty sure that this was asked many times but I really want to donate not just to have premium but to buy better gear too. I don't know if its like this for me because I'm from Serbia or what but when I open the DONATE tab and click on it to donate this is what pops up https://imgur.com/a/uQ2x2xe

Unfortunately we are having general problems with credit card issuers in some regions and as for now we can't really tell when it will be normalized.
