WotLK retribution. seal of command and 2 set t10

Hey, I just got my 2x parts tier 10 set for ret and I was wondering if the two additional hits of Seal of command can also trigger Divine Storm resets thus increasing the divine storm reset chance when hitting 3 mobs at mele range. Does it work like this or each Seal of command swing just count as 1 attack?

It counts as one attack. Otherwise you would be able to spam Divine Storm 24/7 when hitting +3 mobs. That would be pretty OP...

It only works with autoattacks,and attacks that count as an autoattack(Tiny Abomination in a Jar proc for example).
