What's up with the amount of players selling "gladiator" characters with highest 2s rating around 1900?
How they even obtained gladiator title and achievement by playing only 2s and being so low rated?

Turn your real world money into talent you don't actually have.
How they got the title i don't know, it may be something to do with server transfers as skullatbash mentioned that doesn't carry over all stats but im not sure.

Didn't bother checking the ach. dates of chars in question, but I'm certain those are the transfers from blackrock or frostmourne which had a different patch&arena bracket. Playing on&off on brock I kept seeing certain niche classes like rog having supreme with 1,9 soloq or 2v2 titles up to glad with less than even 1,6-2k respectively. The bracket was dead as hell and extremely easy to dodge in past the first 2 months' hype train, making most of the titles meaningless

Gladiator title/achievement is not reward from 2v2 bracket since season 7 (~february 2017), achievements are from 2019.
Even if it's cataclysm hero the achievements wasn't rewarded back on cata/mop realms since I had all titles but no achievements for them and later titles were purged without achievements being added

I don't know what's the cause, but I would like to point out that the titles (excluding r1) will get wiped.

All old season FM chars were sent to Icecrown exactly after the season
