    My UI is bugged

    This is a brand new account and my first character so i logged in for the first time on it, and this happened i tried deleting and creating another and another class but nothing seems to fix it.

    You have Bartender4 or Dominos or some other action bar addon. It's not a bug, it's you not paying attention to what you have in your client.

    Click on the beer mug under ur map and menage ur bars. Its bartender
