WotLK Achivements for items aquired with coins

Sup guys, Idk if its the place to ask but does anyone know if, for example, getting pinchy with coins unlock his achivement ? And what is the usual rule for items bought from the store? Cheers.

To my knowledge,the Feat of Strength "Shadowmourne" is only awarded by finishing the questline,bought Shadowmournes doesn't reward you with it(i assume Sulfuras,Thunderfury and similar quest ones work the same way). For other items,it's on a case by case basis,like Ashes of Al'ar used to give the Tempest Keep achievment iirc. For Mr. Pinchy,you'll probably get the achievment(since it's not a quest reward),but afaik quest linked achievments are only obtainable for finishing their respective quests.
