Technical Transfering an s1 level 80 gives me <10 error

Cant transfer my level 80 priest because it claims the character is under level 10 :(

I sent an email, but as for a ticket it seems like you can only make a ticket to appeal bans.
Really hoping i can have my character fixed, I do not want to level again

Then how could you have a lvl 80 priest on "Frostmorune S1"?
That realm was launched on 15-april-2020 and closed on 14-April-2021
