WotLK Dungeons Not Loading

Hi
I am a newcomer to this server
when I reach level 15 and want to go for dungeon runs, I can queue but when it finds a dungeon and I accept, it stops at loading screen and it can't seem to get into the dungeon. I have this problem on 3 characters and I even tried using proxy / VPN and it didn't make any difference, I even tried compatibility mode and compatibility for windows 7 but it made no difference.
I play on Windows 10.
Any help would be appreciated

Rename WoW/Cache to cache.old and try again.
If you still have torrent up and running, force re-check. Once that's done, stop and quit torrent.
Cut+paste your WoW to new folder and see what happens.
Open your WoW folder's properties with right click, and de-select "Read-only".

Wotlk 3.3.5 compatibility isn't Windows 7, its Windows XP Service Pack 2
