All my chars are gone...

Every single one of them deleted for idk what reason.... Had mulitple lvl 90's geared..

Have you ever donated? I think each year they do a cleanup of the chars that dont log for over a year. Maybe you got caught on that cleanup.

Yeah its been more than a year since I last played, donated huge amounts and had alot of stuffs but okay.. I cant get it back in any way if I understand you right then? :/

If you donated your account is premmium so you shouldnt lose your chars. When was the last time you logged? Since you donated you should probably open a ticket on Forum --> Premmium users and explain what happened and see if you can get your chars back.
