WotLK BUG Moonglade Spell

The moonglade spell is not available for pick-up
i dont have bear form either.

yet the follow-up quest, for which i need to get to moonglade... is available, from the same dude i should get the spell of.

Thought I had this issue myself, when I tried to google the issue on Warmane there's literally no link which gave me an actual correct answer.

So here you go future druids having this problem:

You get the quest for Moonglade at Dolanaar - The second place you visit when started out as a night elf, before carrying your way into the main city. (The same would be for horde, but ofc, in the horde zone)
