Website Banned for Scamming and Ninjaing ?

Sometimes we see these announcements in red text " ***** XXXXXXX has been banned for ninjaing/scamming/racism/botting/any more ?? ***** "

Racism and botting yes, but ninjaing and scamming ? No please.

It was so in the medieval ages that ppl scammed and ninjaed things, heck even today it happens. Wow is kind of a make believe medieval environment.
If a Guild leader in trying to make a good guild takes the guilds' resources to a risky trade then that is on him. The leader of his rival guild might not do that, which is rewarded. And the rival guild might get ahead of the other guild in progression. This is part of the fun, and reality.

The Dev-gods interferring in subjective needs/greeds in instances, and banning, is sucking the fun out of the game. If I am in a group with an ***** then it is on ME to find out (this is absolutely not only about ninjaing, in fact most often it isnt).

And we should also get rid of this voting-system to get rid of a player in instances, it is a terrible tool.
