Realms Hardcore mode for Lordaeron

I would like to suggest a hardcore mode for leveling, is there a possibility to get this, since the server is fully progressed for some time now.
Would be nice to have such a mode.
Death is permanent.
Maybe have a ladderboard to see progression like the people doing it, who did it and died and who achieved max lvl without dying.
And while doing this, pvp should be completely disabled if possible.
Maybe take some things away, like auction house disabled and trading only between players who have this mode enabled.

There's so much custom stuff in your suggestion that it's essentially a whole new server, just using some of Lordaeron's features as a base.
