Whats the addon that shows your Debuff timers on the Targets picture? My buddy is learning to play Rogue and that would really help him

Its PlateBuffs, setted up with showing self-debuffs and specific spells.
The cool nameplate in blue color (HP bar) is TidyPlates, it also shows debuffs, but to not have 2 rows of same debuffs turn TidyPlates debuffs off ofcouse.
I recommend both for comfort :)

Or if you mean seeing CC on enemy icons ? Then thats LoseControl. Also shows cc on player. Cool simple addon.
