Is there a detailed guide for prot pala with block gear for anub'arak heroic?
I know there is a block gear list but it's usually only for prot warrior. Is there any difference in gear between warrior and paladin?

Basic stat prio: Unhittable>4000 block value>Hit Cap>Avoidance>Stam(and armor).
The macro to know where you stand:

Keep in mind you have to reach 102.4% total avoidance without holy shield,as the adds hit really fast and eat up the charges in no time(especially with 4 adds). Likewise,you can't really rely on Redoubt either to reach this value,as if it doesn't proc you're screwed.

Yes, I understand that holy shield and redoubt are useless. Should this macro be used with all raid buffs (kings, druid buff, horn of winter)?
