hi everyone, i would like to understand if it was somehow possible to create a realm with the x7 boost, just like on litch king. It seems to be an unpopulated realm as it is installed and tested, not populated enough to be able to roleplay or otherwise play with other people and so I'm wondering why. Compared to Wotlk, MoP should have more content and bigger maps with even more mounts, dungeons and raids, how come they all stay on Wotlk?

It already exists a MoP realm with x7 exp rate. It is Frostwolf
Btw the difference of population between Wotlk and MoP realms on Warmane is mostly related to the quality of the scripts.
Some years ago "Frostwolf" realm had around 5k ppl at peak hours:
Deahtwing + Ragansros = "Icecrown" = wotlk
Neltharion is an old Cata realm
Frostwolf = MoP
At one point the staff decided to focus on Wotlk Core. So this is the result
