WotLK Lost characters

I returned after 2 years of inactivity to see that my max level and pre raid geard warrior and other smaller characters are gone . Can someone please help me because i want to get back and play the game :) . I think I played on frostmorne or icecrown realms where there was the x7 experience boost

in case you were playing on "Frostmorune" realm during "Season 1" (15-april-2020 -> 14-April-2021), you need to "manually" move them to Icecrown realm:

Select "Frostmourne - S1" as realm


In case you were playing on "Icecrown" and you see no characters, did you check just on website or by logging with game client?

So i did that and now I only have my mage , first i did my warrior , then my mage and then another low level character , but only my mage was recovered i hope i get my warrior too at least
