WotLK PVE Guide and Tips?

Hi, Im new and I just leveled up my first Frost DK to lvl 80. I really want to play PVE but I dont know where to start. Can someone give me some tips to how should I start doing dungeons and raids and what dungeons to do first? What type of gear do I need and how to get it? Thank you in advance. :D

Forget about Frost. It is worthless as a fresh 80, switch to Blood for tanking or Unholy for dps in dungeons.
