WotLK Looking for detailed spellhance guide

Hi Everyone,

I see mention of spellhance quite a bit in a number of forum posts, but I've not been able to find an actual written guide for the spec and rotation on the Warmane forums.

Would be nice to have detail about the BIS lists for different raid tiers as well.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

My double flametongue gear setup deals ~12940 single target dps (200 less dps than the normal BiS gear).
