WotLK ! macros sometimes shifting you out of form

It's simply broken if you spam it and there is nothing you can do about it.
Just tried to spam it only in cat form with
/use [stance:3]!Cat Form
which will reuse it only in cat form, not spam it in mid-transform like normal /use !Cat Form
and still losing the form after 20-30 fast spam

However, it seems to me that Tree of life isn't broken. I think if the devs compared the Tree of life code to the code of bear/dire bear/cat/travel/ghost wolf, it could maybe shed some light on the situation.
