    Do u even use blood strike as DK Tank

    Nope. But IMO you shouldn't even have Heart Strike specced, rather go for hybrid blood+frost for double buffs. If you're tanking, that is.

    Its a decent skill to keep blood runes on CD for your Blade Barrier talent.
