Technical Video settings reset when game is restarted

Hello!
I have an annoying problem, that my grafic settings of WoW are set to default, every time I close WoW. I use the provided folder of you.
Do you have an idea how to fix it?

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

Hey!
Sadly, that did not help.
I restarted the PC several times after the download.
Just tried to move the folder to another location and set the read-only flag. Same problem.

Randomly deleted the WTF folder -> That solved the problem :)

I tried to set the read only flag off, but if i right click on it again, in the properties its always changing back :S
