Advantage female human paladin/warrior in arena?

in the arena you almost only meet female human paladins and warriors in high rankings.

Is this just because they look better or does the femal character model have advantages in terms of hitbox etc.?

Yes, yes it is. If you pay attention, most of Alliance toons are female humans, night elves and draenei. It's actually the thing that made me quit Alliance and go Horde, there's way too many sad lonely virgins on Alliance.

It's mostly about character animations, melee attacks as human female with a two-handed weapon is more pleasant with the way it swings compared to human male.

I wonder that too, I usually assume that they are gay people who identify as a female.

Female draenei have best attack stance imo. Samurai ftw.

And male night elves...thats just disturbing...
