[A] Art of War NA Guild Recruitment

Art of War is a semi-hardcore raiding guild looking to recruit players for weekly 10/25-Man raiding. We're looking for players that are wanting to progress and down bosses, but still be enjoying themselves and chill.

Raid times:
CST USA: Saturday: 7-11PM. (Sunday: 7-11 if needed)

Loot:
Our 10-Man runs are going to be loot council, but once 25-Man raiding starts we'll swap to open roll. Of course we are open to suggestions on loot distro.

Requirments:
WoW raid experience, preferably in WotLK. Everyone needs to relearn fights sometimes, we just don't want it to be a struggle.
High attendance rate on raid days. All players are expected to show up 10 minutes before raid time. That doesn't mean you need to be at the entrance to the raid or anything, but at least online with the necessary preparations.
Members should feel free to give advice and suggestions to other players to improve their play. Equally, Members should view any positive criticism as an opportunity to improve.
